Stop Your Dog Peeing in the House

We just finished 2 weeks house sitting for T-Bone and his pack. and part of 6 pets living together called the Wack Pack who were all adopted a few years ago.

T-Bone is a 10 year old chihuahua and has been peeing on furniture in the house. He has been in shelters more than once, so the marking in the house could be due to age, health, claiming territory within his pack, or an inconsistent potty schedule.

We have begun moving his food bowl near places that he pees to stop territorial marking. T-Bone has a terrific sense of smell and although they disinfect the tile floor daily and wash the furniture covers, he can still smell the area and has chosen to pee in other parts instead. Now we are moving his bowl each meal until he runs out of places in the house to mark.
